This man is an absolute legend. He took the time out of his day to explain to me how to repair my phone and the dangers. My charging socket was full of gunk and he had the perfect tools and didn’t even charge me. What a kind person, my phone now charges properly. I really appreciate the help man. A friendly and highly effective service. I wanted my contact data imported from my previous (very old) mobile to a brand new mobile. Other shops (including Vodafone) had failed because they said it was impossible given that the previous mobile hardware would not support modern software. However the engineer at Freedom Phones found a way and did not even charge me for his services. I highly recommend this repair shop.

They knew exactly what they were doing and made the whole experience very easy. Very pleased with everything they did for me.
